Inostrancevia

Inostrancevia (after Russian scientist Inostrantzev) is the extinct genus of quadrupedal mammal-like reptile from gorgonopsids family. It was predators characterized by long, saber-tooth-like canines. During the Permian period, before the time of the first dinosaurs, Inostrancevia was one of the largest predators of its time.
